7:07 call to order
Public Participation –
Item 1:
John Moller would like to initiate an Eagle Project to develop the next 600’ of the Rail Trail. John will be putting together a project plan following the same basic requirements of the project Matt Bodwell proposed.
Item 2:
Matt Bodwell will start work on his project on Saturday March 21st. He intends to finish in one day.

Old Business –
Mark Lurie continues to work on the Sanford Road trail. He has contacted land use and hopes to have the plot of land surveyed sometime this summer.
New Business –
Item 1: Discussion on what is needed to visually review a proposed site. Conclusion is that a quorum from the committee must visit the site.
Item 2: Karl Philippi suggested the Committee focus on trying to extend trails from the existing town parks and work on a master plan for interconnecting trails. It was noted that the concept of connecting trails was already one of the specific objectives of the committee.
Item 3: There was discussion about using town GPS devices to walk existing trails so that they can be mapped.
